Central: April 25 - May 3

West: June 23 - 27

East: August 19 - 23

Barrel Race Entry Fees:

Current year nomination must be paid to enter race

• $220 nomination due at time of entry if event is before August 1 OR
• $350 nomination due at time of entry if Aug 1 deadline was missed

$500 Open 5D - open to horses of all ages

$500 2D Futurity - for 4 &/or 5 yr olds

(.75 sec splits in rounds)

$500 2D Derby - for 5 to 8 yr olds

(.75 sec splits in rounds)

$250 Sale Grad 5D (only at Ruby Buckle Central) must be a graduate of the Ruby Buckle sales

(.5 sec splits in rounds)

$250 Owner/Rider 5D - rider must own or be direct relative of owner

$250 Open Only Average - must enter the Open, no Futurity/Derby rollovers

$250 Rookie Ruby 5D - rider must never have competed at any Ruby Buckle Race

Limited Youth is no extra fee - must enter the Open & be 16 & under at the time of race. Limited to riders who's earnings are under $100K for the last 3 years.
